Payment

1. Commissions are paid via PayPal in Euro currency.
2. PayPal e-mail is to be sent privately which I will use to send an invoice.
3. I require full payment before starting to work on the commission.

Basic

1. I have the right to decline your commission for whatever reason.
2. I will not copy someone else's style.
3. I do not accept due dates though there may be an exception if I have the time. No matter what I say, make sure to order the commission enough time away from the date.
4. I can finish the commission in a time period of a few hours to a few months.
5. You can ask about the progress of your commission anytime, but be polite about it, pushiness will not be tolerated.
6. Copyrights and ownership of the commissioned drawing belong to me.
6.1. As such, I reserve the right to use my artwork as examples for future commissions, to post on my social media, and for portfolio display. With that in mind, I will never use other people's OCs/Characters for profit.
7. You may use the commissioned drawing for personal use only. You may not use the commissioned work for commercial use and you may not sell it. You can use it for icons, profile pictures, print it as a poster etc.
8. You may post the commissioned drawing on your account on whatever social media (deviantART, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) as long as the credit is given. Please discuss it with me before posting the work.
9. You may NOT claim the commissioned artworks as YOUR OWN.
10. All commissions are in the PNG file. I do not provide a PSD file.

Art

1. You must provide a clear reference sheet of an unshaded fullbody drawing of your character. I do not take written descriptions (unless of course you are ordering a design commission). Traditional refs are also fine but a digital color chart would be appreciated so I do not get the colors wrong.
2. A sketch will be sent to you for approval and editing, going back and forth until you are satisfied - then I will work on it without much progress updates (unless asked and/or if I am unsure about something.)
3. I do not edit or fix the finished piece if you do not like it. The only time I do is when I accidently go against explicit guidelines or blunder the design.
4. My definition of a half-body is varied, it can be a bust, a headshot/portrait, it can come down to the chest, or to the waist (maximum), and they are all technically the same type, thus the same price. If you have an explicit desire in mind, specify it for me.
5. If your reference sheet is NSFW, ask for approval if I am comfortable seeing it, and specify how explicit it is. Maybe I will say yes, maybe I will say no. Failing to follow this rule will get you blocked, blacklisted and I will warn other artists as well.
6. If you find a style in my gallery not listed in the commission info (crayon shading, lineless with cell shading etc.) feel free to ask me about it and I may consider doing it, and whether it would cost extra or not

Possible extra fees

1. I do not charge any type of shading. Flat-colored, cell or soft, you can choose whichever one you want with no raise in price.
2. I may charge extra for very detailed characters, a lot of accessories and the like. These extras will range from 10 € to 25 € depending on the complexity.
3. I will not charge for standard jewelry, feathered wings, multiple limbs (as long as there is no more than ten) and the like.
4. I may charge extra for the armor depending on complexity, and also WoF scales, depending on the type of commission and shading.
5. Smaller characters such as babies or pets will likely not be charged, possible the price of a chibi, or if there are multiple of them they may be charged with a price of one [bigger] character.
